T-EB 149 is a small-in-size, compact  machine  offered as an economical series machine, but equipped with the units of large, professional machines. This is the most important characteristic of T-EB 149.

T-EB 149 operates at the speed of 12 m/min and can apply PVC and other edge materials up to 3 mm thickness. In order to equal the speed of glue pot axle and press units, a chain and a belt are used in below part of the machine, so the machine can be run without any problem.

One of the important characteristic of this machine is pneumatic stop system.
While first panel is cut by end cutting unit, pneumatic stop system stops second panel
until end cutting unit finishes cutting the first panel so  it prevents end cutting unit’s saws
to damage second panel.After cutting saws finish cutting first panel,second panel is let by pneumatic stop to go inside machine

Glue applying unit provides optimum gluing quality even under unfavourable conditions.
Glue type is hotmelt.Glue basins are covered with the special aluminium chemicals for high performance with the high temperature.

End Cutting Unit : Two angled saws work with two individual high frequency motors each of which are of 12000 rpm  and cut the edge material with zero tolerance. The motors are produced by Italian TEKNOMOTOR.

Thanks to the angled saws, panels can be cut perfectly and doesn’t result any damage on the board.

Top & Bottom trimming unit with two individual high frequency motors  clean the overhangs of panel with accuracy.The motors are the same with those of end cutting unit’s. (TEKNOMOTOR – 12000 rpm – 0,37 kw – 0,5 hp)
